
Using local Western Plains Pork produce, the pork is slow cooked in salt, garlic cloves, sage and stock to develop flavour and fall apart when being picked. Served with house made brioche buns and an apple & cabbage slaw with cider mustard dressing on a pizza board, they're small enough to consume in two bites but a big hit amongst guests and look a treat.
