In preparing for this Sunday’s Winter Roast in Housey Housey, a lot of thought went into creating a menu with locally and regionally sourced produce. As a business our mission is to use only the finest and freshest quality regional produce and this event menu is a wonderful example of just that.

If you look closely, Ballarat and the surrounding region is abundant to small to mediumfarms producing high quality products and we were excited to use these suppliers for the upcoming roast.
